PFA Diaphragm Valve


This product is a PFA diaphragm valve with no risk of metal contamination, available in: normally closed, normally open and manual types. PFA diaphragm valves are suitable for use in pipelines in the semiconductor industry, chemical plants, chemical supply for medical equipment with strong acids (such as hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid...).

This product has options for use in normal and high temperature environments, with temperature ranges: 100°C, 150°C, and 200°C.

For environments where high temperature chemicals are used and durability is required, while the risk of metal contamination should be prevented and the reduction of particles and leaks is minimized, BUENO PFA pneumatic diaphragm valves definitely are the best choice for customers!

3 Spec. PW100, KH150, KH200 with different temperatures, mainly resulted from different materials of the component.

The components available with optional materials are the piston shaft and the external nut. We have different specifications when using different materials for the components. So far, BUENO basically promotes Spec. PW100, while Spec. KH150 and KH200 are not much.

Materials of each component are shown in the following table:

           

            



Usually, when placing orders, customers need to pay attention to filling in product coding Principle. This Coding is divided into areas A~E as follows:
A: operating temperature, for example: PW100 for below 100°C.

B: required size, for example ½'' is 12P.

C: operation mode, usually the normal closed pneumatic type is C, in addition there are O and D types, and M is manual. Manual operation is nothing related to automatic pneumatics.

D: available for pneumatic types only (not manual). O is optional for indicator light with pressurized air hole (commonly used for KH150 and KH200 while PW100 both without pressurized air hole), L is signal device, R is Regulator without pressurized air hole .Please also note that generally, there are no pressurized air hole for basic type with no optional accessories (Please refer to the chart below)

E: mandatory material, currently only FKM available for O-ring (the ring inside the pneumatic diaphragm valve)
